Shipping Terms and Conditions
Shipping within Australia
We currently only post products within Australia. Our preferred postal service provider is Australia post. We currently offer standard shipping within Australia at a charge of $10.
International Shipping
Please contact us via email to arrange international shipping. All international shipping costs and packaging to be paid by the customer.
Dispatch time frames
We will endeavour to process all ready to ship orders within 2 business days of receipt of payment and will contact you if any items cannot be processed within this timeframe.
Items on PRE-ORDER will be available in timeframe stated on the product page.
Delivery address
It is your responsibility to make sure that your postal address details are correct.
If your order is undelivered due to your error (including you providing us with an incorrect delivery address) and return to us, we will require you to pay $10 to resend the package.
We will always provide a tracking number for you to track the progress of your order.
Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or on Australian public holidays.
If there is a significant delay in shipment of your order we will contact you via email.
Damages in transit
Occasionally your product may be damaged in transit. If this does happen please advise us by emailing info@teachittoday.com.au.
Please include photographs of the damaged item so that we can discuss options with you. Once we have assessed the damage, we will arrange a replacement to be sent.

Returns policy
We do not except refunds or exchanges for change of mind purchases or for incorrect choices due to failure to read detail product descriptions.

It is the purchaser’s responsibility to read this information carefully. It is up to the purchaser to make an informed decision based on this information.

Incorrect personalisation / error in order
It is your responsibility to make sure that personalisation (name/s) details are correct on your order. Please ensure the name and spelling of name/s is correct on your personalised products. We do not offer refunds where an error has occurred due to you providing us incorrect spelling and or incorrect name information on the personalised product.
If this has occurred, please contact us and we can discuss options with you. In this instance, we will require you to pay for standard shipping within Australia for the new product/s to be posted at a flat rate of AUD$10. International shipping will be costed and considered on a case by case basis.
